The ideal personality is the more adoring personal model in each nation, for it reflects the moral ideality and the primary level of merits. So the formation of the ideal personality has always been the issue of the traditional Confucianism and the Neo-Confucianism especially cherishes a special interest in it. Applying the method of logical analysis, this paper tries to elaborate Wang Yang-ming's theory of ideal personality, in the ways of the base of the formation of the ideal personality, the ways of it, the features of Sage, and so on.Wang Yang-ming looks on the intuitive knowledge in everyone as the base of Sage-forming. In the layer of accepting and acting intuitively, he emphasizes the rediscovery of intuitive knowledge is the main way in the Sage-forming. In the layer of the implantation from the governments and schools, he emphasizes the moral education is the main way in the Sage-forming. These are the absolutely necessarily ways through which we can form our moral character, moral sentiment, moral realm. The perfect personality which Wang Yang-ming pursues not means everyone can be respectful Sage, but is the highest spiritual level. So, through the analysis of the features of Sage, everyone can rediscover himself, forming his perfect personality.Today, China is in the period of"type-transforming", and people are faced with all kinds of perplexities and problems. Through the analysis of Wang Yang-ming's ideal personality, we can not only know about it's impacts on the development of China, but also offer good mind source to the socialism moral construct.
