Art is an open and mobile system with variable meaning, for there's no immobility in the rules of art. If most people can acquire some similar or different spiritual enjoyment from an object and they are willing to name it art, then it becomes art. That is to say that art is a sort of affirmation and spiritual contract of most of the people. Moreover, it is often an unwritten and invisible privity. The art is a contract to majority of people, relatively most people ratify it as art, and then it is art. The more people ratify art, the better art it can be. Artistic truth is a kind of subjective truth, which has a possibility of many types of translations. On the other hand, it is inevitable that there is an authority. Sometimes, it is necessary for survival and development of human being to obey the authority. In the long-term living and working, people has formed a propensity to obey the authority, so that it is the same for people in the art field which is without the absolute authority. Moreover, when people appreciate the art, the imaginary participation, and the occurrence of illusion and etc. provide a psychological basis for their trust to authority.Authority, which includes power and prestige, refers to the most powerful person or organization in a certain circle.
