The thesis was divided into two mainly parts. The one part is the establishment and implement process of legal persecution during Yong-zheng. Another is the introduction of development of each Catholic Church in China.The Catholic missionaries who were not obeyed the rule of Mathew Ricci were suppressed in late Kang-xi. The persecution policies that inherited and changed from Kang-xi's were formed in Yong-zheng. Yong-zheng's persecution policies were the sternest. They focus on all missionaries. In despite of missionaries had Kang-xi's "Yin piao", they all were first forced to reside in Guangzhou, and then were droved to Macao. The Yong-zheng's persecution is the beginning of the hundred years of persecution, have made great influence.But the Catholic churches also had developed during Yong-zheng's persecution. Some positive facts made Christian spread can't stop. For example, the "Colonia del S.Seuore" that is the heart of Mopanshan Mountain established in the northern part of Hubei province; Catholic church in Fujian Fuan were united with the clan, enlarged their influence in local society; Catholic church in some place such as in Guangzhou, Beijing were spread.
