In the category of biblical literature, only the Book of Job contains a poetic story with dramatic effect as a whole, with the rest holding fragmented and individual or collective adages; advices; arguments; chants; eulogies; metaphors; questions; speeches or songs.By encompassing the whole poetic story with dramatic effect, the Book of Job is unique among the Poetic Works and Wisdom Literature. Thus, to have an interpretation of the Book of Job based on the English language, would allow us to understand the great influence of the Hebrew language and create some beneficial value to English poetry and literature. In other words, since the original Book of Job was scripted in the Hebrew language, the King James Version, which is referenced by most Bible readers, belongs to the English translation. Hence, there is no denying that the translation contains and manifests the original language; poetry; religion and customs of the Hebrew works. The purpose of this thesis is to systematically interpret how the Book of Job was greatly influenced by the original works of the Hebrew language, poetry and religion, and especially, why the Book of Job was done in such a poetic form in the body of the text as opposed to the prologue and epilogue, which were written in prosaic form. Finally, the topic of this thesis can best be described as how the Book of Job in the King James Version is greatly influenced by the Hebrew Language in the poetic form in order to manifest the best dramatic effects for the story.
