Study About System Ethics In The Condition Of Market Economy

The Chinese transformation from planned economy to market economy protrudes the problem of institutional ethics, namely the legitimacy of institution. Institutional ethics concerns not only the direction of present reform of Chinese institution , but also the prospect of social development. At the same time,as a main manifestation of public ethics under socialist market economy ,the research about it has proved to be a basic way to construct the system of social ethics.With the developing and consummating of socialism marketing economic system, system ethics still have many problems like uncompletion and formalization,therefore, it is necessary to find the right way to consummate system ethics and realize to accelerating the development of politics, economy and society.This dissertation treats system ethics as an object of study. First of all, gives a definition to the scientific connotation of system ethics in all-round way as all-side as possible, starting with the connotation of "system" and the inter-relationships between "system" and "ethics".Justice is the core and soul of system ethics, system justices includes the justice of system itself and that of system application, of which they two supplement each other. The goals of its social value lie in appealing all citizens for rights and duties, and in coordinating efficiency, fairness and order, in order to make the whole society develop orderly and smoothly.The study of institutional ethics should be brought into the horizon of Marxist theory of human being. Only when the study of institutional legitimacy is closely integrated with the existence and development of human being, can the far-reaching source and deep foundation of institutional ethics be found.
