The Error analysis is a process in Second Language Acquisition Study in which the errors occurring in the use of the target language by the second language leaner(s) are analyzed with the purpose of finding out the causes of the errors and the relevant rules as well. Its significance lies in the further efficiency and pertinency of the second language teaching.Verbs are the important part of speech and phrases as the most basic unit of syntactical analysis in Chinese take the central position in every linguistic unit and act as the indispensable part in grammatical and semantic analysis, In the teaching of Chinese to the foreigners, the teaching of phrases, especially verb phrases, is an important part. And it is of much practical significance to make an analysis of the errors occurring in the second-language learners' use of verb phrases.This dissertation makes a general survey of the errors in a group of elementary Korean students' use of verb phrases on the basis of the interlingual corpus, analyses the relevant data and summarizes the rules of the occurrence of the errors. The analysis in this thesis is featured in four aspects: firstly, interlingual-corpus-based; secondly, Korean-student-targeted; thirdly, primary-learner confined; and fourthly, verb-phrase-focused.Four parts are included in this thesis:...
