| On Aristotle's view, man is a social animal; he requires the companionship of other men. In order to live and develop, men establish countless community from the time we cannot remember to modern age. The community's form rang from nature group to federation. If we make compressive survey to human history, we can clearly see that all well organized community solve the problem of rule. The availability of domination is the foundation of human society. However, if the governor wants to keep his rule, he should prove that his rule is reasonable. In author's opinion, it depends on something called belief. But what is belief? Belief is a kind of awe, a kind of feeling, and a kind of ideal. It is a double side sword. It can to be the basis of govern, however, it also can to be the destroyer. At last, the author makes a supposition about the relationship between belief and community in the view of macroscopic human history. Meanwhile, the author also concern about the progress of China. |
