This research attempts to discuss the intersubjectivity theory of jurgen Habermas, one of the most famous modern western philosophers and sociologists, trying to find its substantial contents, making up its structural frame by studying his works and bringing its momentous current significance and far-reaching historical significance to light. The important ideas of the research are: (1) academically exploring Habermas' theories from the angle of intersubjectivity, using intersubjectivity as a tool to understand his theories. (2) Presenting the substantial content of Habermas' theories and making up its structural frame for the first time. There are six parts in this research:Part one: academically exploring how intersubjectivity question came into being and revealing the background and reason of this philosophical issue. All the modern philosophor, from Rene Descartes to Fichte, are all immersed in Subject/Object frame because of staying in the philosophy of consciousness. Husserl tried to solve intersubjectivity question by the theoretical logic of transcendental phenomenology, radically plunging into transcendental egoism.Part two: analyzing the theory basis of Habermas' intersubjectivity theory, including the definition of intersubjectivity, Habermas' development on the definition of subject and so on.Part three: studying the communication rationality whose core is intersubjectivety.Part four: discussing how Habermas creates his discourse ethics by using intersubjectivity as a fundamental conception.Part five: studying the status and function of intersubjectivity in Habermas' theory of evolution of society.Part six: reaching a conclusion that Habermas' theory of intersubjectivity has substantial contents, making up its structural frame and making my own comment on his theory of intersubjectivity.
