The ethic thought of rationality is constantly extending and deepening when the old times going into the new ones; meantime, the new times is characterized by the "humanity" and "knowledge". The ethic is the core of the humanistic idea and the spirit of the humanistic times. The ethics on personality of free and overall developing is the tendency of individual rationality, while in the new times rationality of life , there is the thought of ethic anywhere and anytime.
