The Research In French Revolution Constitution Theory And Pratice During 1789 And 1799

The French Revolution is quite influencing in the world, and France is also one of the countries which had tradition of constitutional politics in the western world. Since French constitutional politics plays an important role in the constitutional political development in the western world, the thesis chooses the constitutional politics during 1789 and 1799 as the topic, and makes a research on the constitutional politics theory and practice during the French revolution, to explain the French Revolution from another aspect.Constitution explains the origin, aim, function and scope of the public rights as well as provides the regulation in written and unwritten form. Constitution limits the fundamental structure of a country to confirm a country's characteristics and ideas, which make it become the basic law of the nation. Constitution also points out the principles of the inner operation of the government, adjusts, distributes and restricts the responsibilities of each departments, as well as points out the scope and manner of using dominion. The typical constitution includes three parts: the first part regulates the basic rights of the citizen, while limits the government's power to make sure the citizen could own these rights freely; the second part prescribes the principles of the government's organization, administration while shows the qualifications of the candidates; the third part illuminate the procedure of amending constitution.
