"Yu Zhao Xin Zhi"was written by Wang Mingqing.It was finished in 1198." Yu Zhao Xin Zhi"recorded events of Northern Song Dynasty'the government and the public,involved politics,military affairs culture and economy,reflected the Northern Song Dynasty government's corruption,people' suffering . In addition,it embodied many works of forefathers.It is the first time for most of the works to come forth.Thus,this book is very for us to investigate the politics, military and social instances of Northern Song Dynasty.However,in the history, other scholars who recorded this book did not envalue it very high,they thought this book was written about the ghosts and gods and other bagatelles. Up to now, there is no system of research about this book.Today's research is still rests on the phase of excerpting,comparing with other books. we lack thorough research with it's historical data value.Thus,the system research is a very importance work.
