The world outlook and Chinese outlook reflected in Diwanu Lught-it-Turk has great practical significance to us.The historical conciousness during Qoco Uighur Kingdom is much reflected in the translated biography of Buddist.The third section is the developing stage-Mongol and Yuan Dynasty,in which the compiling work of uighur inhabited in the Center Plain were discussed.Ydikhut Qoco King Inscription and Qoco Xie Family Biography continued some tradition of ancient uighur historical outlook.The Tale of Oghuz Khan reflected the feature of nations inhabited on grassland and the ancient uighur's knowledge about the tribes around.
