Seven hundred bamboo stripses were unearthed in NO.1 guodian tomb of jingmen city, hubei province in the winter of 1993. After the industrious effort of the sorting , the cultural relics press published《the bamboo strips of the chu's tomb in guodian》in 1998.The book includes《ziyi》《,Mr. lumugong asks zisi》,《poor or reaching with the hour》,《wu xing》,《xing zi ming chu》,《liu de》《yu cong》.《Poor or reaching with the hour》are existing 15 stripses.The both sides of the stripses were trimmed into and the length is 26.4 centimeter.Weaveing two of line, the side line is apart from 9.4-9.5 cm.There are 287 characters,1 combining character . Average each Chien is about 20.5 words, inviting incomplete 17 wordses.《Poor or reaching with the hour》is the book of the war country period, the bamboo strips form system is like the《Mr. lumugong asks zisi》. The contents of the book are like the contents,which is the dialogue of answering zilu when Confucius is trapped in chen and cai country in《xunzi·youzuo》,《a language of Confucius·in e》,《han shi's unauthorized biography》《shuo yuan·za yan》. Concerning《poor or reaching with the hour》this already had several scholars to carry on the research before. They study from author,time,type of form of literature,content and they have gained achievement. But there are some disadvantage ,such as the sorters can't ally the stripses. After through the effort of several scholars, just make it recover the original feature, the academic circles relatively approves Mr chenjian's method. In here , we also will adopt the this kind sequence to carry on gather of the texts. There are having three kinds of standpoints, it a, think to is make by Confucius, it two, it is written by zisi, it three think to is make by xunzi. Reason logically according to the scholars, we incline toward the son to think make, but can't have it the hard conclusion still.
