| Bilingualism is a phenomenon that the individuals or groups have two or more languages. The psychological traits of the second language-acquired learners have been attached importance by more and more linguists and psychologists. What will be appeared in the sentence comprehension for the second language-acquired learners? As the time going by, are there any different features from native language speakers on the strategies in the comprehension and processing of the second language? What influence will be made in the transfer of the native language in the second language acquisition? It is an important problem that linguists and psychologists have been concerned about.In this research, Dongxiang minority students consisted of subject group and Han students consisted of compared group. The research adopted the method of measuring. It investigated the characteristics of Dongxiang minority students' development trend and adopted strategies of comprehension level in the process of Chinese acquisition. And also explored the relationship between them and their native language, namely Dongxiang language. We have concluded that:1. Dongxiang minority students' score of the comprehension of complex sentences was increasing with the grade rises. And compared with Han students, their starting point was lower, but the progress was very quickly. And on all three grades, Dongxiang minority students' score were lower than Han students.2. Dongxiang minority students' score of the comprehension of progressive complex sentences, conditional complex sentences and cause-and-effect complex sentences were all lower than the same year of Han students. Cause-and-effect complex sentence was better than progressive complex sentences, and progressive complex sentence was better than conditional complex sentence. No significant difference between score of progressive complex sentence and cause-and-effect complex sentence, but the score of conditional complex sentence was lower than them. All students mistake with the grammatical and syntactic was descended with the increasing of grade. Dongxiang minority students' mistake was more than Han students.3. Dongxiang minority students' score of the comprehension of ambiguous sentence was higher than Han students.4. There was different emphasis on strategies of two groups' students. Sometimes it concerned more about the word order strategy, sometimes semantic strategy was more obvious, and sometimes these two strategies combined together. Han students take the first emergence word was agent in the NVN, NNV and object marker sentences. Dongxiang minority student usually take the second emergence word was agent in the passive marker sentences.5. High mark group of native language of Dongxiang minority student is better than middle and low mark groups. The native language promotes the comprehension of Chinese sentences, which benefits to the Chinese acquisition. |
