The risk especially the engineering risk is an important things for people in modern society .How to comprehend and explain the phenomenon in the society is engineering ethics must solve the things from the point of ethics. The morality of engineers is an important turning point whether people benefit from the engineering. So it is very necessary to educate morality for engineers. It is very necessary things for engineering ethics to solve that how to integrate specialized knowledge of engineers with demand of morality in the society. The thesis emphatically expound that engineers should establish morality faith and shoulder responsibility of the society, which from environment, technology and so on .And then advance that engineering ethics should follow humanitarianism, which make engineering be carrier which the man get along with the nature harmoniously.The methods of disquisition are that theory connect with facts analyze casus analyze datum.The important achievements of thesis are below: The thesis advances four ideas which are self-made responsibility justice prudence for engineers morality in project risk . The engineers can implement good circulation between moral and fact through self-made. The responsibility of engineers should make humanitarianism norm and think over in the future. Which the subjects of concern about are society country and people besides clients proprietors. Engineering ethics and justice which just allocate benefit and risk, just allocate responsibility right and duty. The effect of achievements ofproject is justice for everyone. Prudence that is a new direction in morality is objective demand in modern developing projects. Engineers carry out prudence in project facts which make projects serve the public well.
