With the development of science and technology and standard of living, consumer products filter in all aspects of people' living, become necessary in the life. At the same time, people pay more high expectation to them.On the highly competitive market, user's demand and willingness will be paid more attention in the product design and develop process. User's demand to product's whole impression (including physiology and psychology) becomes designer's main aim.According this aim this paper bring forward scenario building method based on "human-center" design. To explore design ways which help designers achieve consumer product' aim better in the design course.On the base of analysis to consumer product's characteristic and aim user's status, this paper does systemic research to scenario building method's function, implement and process. By building scene which can simulate future user's using scene, user's physiology and psychology information can be enhanced, characteristic of behavior and performance which taking place in people's daily life can be discerned. Then new works can be stimulated.This paper provides two consumer product's design examples. By these two experiments, scenario building is proved to have assist effect to enlighten designer in design course. And be capable in controlling design and resolution of issues, in making them to be a predict result. This method is workable and operative, and the product designed in this way is realistic, superior and competitive. Finally on the base of two experiment's experience, the paper lists the benefits and potential pitfalls to conclude and replenish the context.Scenario building provides designer with a valuable and additional technology to analyze and research human factors. It's a powerful exploration prototyping and communication tool.
