The appearance of the legal tender is an important incident in China's economic history from 1930s to the 1940s. The appearance of the legal tender indicates that China begins to form the monetary policy progressively .Meanwhile, this period is the period that the Chinese people rose to resist Japanese invade too. This text aims at probing into the connection between the monetary policy of China and international relations in Far East of this period. The full text is roughly divided into six parts according to the time order. The first & second parts mainly about the international background of the monetary reform and the violent impact to international relations in Far East. The third & fourth parts analyses the influence which the international relations gave to the monetary policy of China and central bank system. At the same time, the change of the monetary policy of China and central bank system had positive meaning to the war. The fifth part mainly refer to China's treatment to leftover problem of the war and China's strive for a better position in the world after war. Through the retrospect that monetary policy and international relations of this period, people may have a widen vision today.
