The significant historic and literatural value of the new officialdom fictions expresses not only a kind of realistic literature but also a way in which writers participate the society development process. In this thesis I begin my study on new officialdom fictions from the tendency of writers and analyze new officialdom fictions in detail from sacredness, ethic and reason in order to establish a new mode about study on new the officialdom fictions, then discuss the developing rule, artistic character and literature value.The thesis consists of three chapters:Chapter one: Sacredness of the new officialdom fictions These fictions about anti-corruption describe enlightening stories full of drama about infiltration and corrosion of corruption towards interpersonal relationships and people's soul which grows with reforming and opening up in actual life. These fictions include extensive backgrounds, grave events and fast rhythm and have political enlightening. They express sacredness of new officialdom fictions.Chapter two: Moralization of the new officialdom fictions. Tian Dongzhao and Liu Xinglong's fictions focus on more struggle about political rights to expose darkness of officialdom than great political events. Writer stand at the folk position to criticize about moralities and ethics, begin to pay close attention to common people and disadvantaged groups.Chapter three: Rationalization of the new officialdom fictions. Stress on care for complicated, deep human nature indicates the new officialdom fictions move to maturity. Wang Yuewen and Yan zhen's fictions pay attention to care for human nature and express people's soul space thoroughly. Writers make officialdom as environments in which they display human nature.
