The cooperation theory in vocal music teaching is based on the systematic theory and the cooperative theory, which attempts to integrate the advanced methods of comprenensive science with those of arts science(vocal music). This thesis thereby intends to consider vocal music teaching to be a system, including teaching system, learning system, physiological system and psychological system, which can be further divided into many sub-system. The process of vocal music teaching can be defined as a process of cooperative movement among the systems and their sub-systems. In addition, in view of the cooperative theory and the regular movements among teaching system, learning system, physiological system, psychological system as well as their respective sub-systems in the process of vocal music teaching, it concludes that their moving relationship is characterized by simultaneousness, cooperation, complementarity and promotion, which follows the rule that cooperation results in orders, and which produces the cooperative effects of the system that are in line with the cooperative theory.
