Language is an important tool in human's survival and intercommunion, and the psycho-process of language is a hotspot problem which be concerned by psychological and linguistic researchers. There is some research of time course about linguistic factors, but all this research exists deficiency as follows: 1. the object of this research is western language in common, Chinese research is scarce;2. the lay of research focus on words, the discuss which focus on more higher lays, such as sentence, sections and chapters, is singularly too;3. the types of research was given priority to recognition, reappearance and comprehension, about the production of linguistic factors is much more infrequent;4. most of this research is too strict to be close to the true process of human language in nature, etc. Therefore, we need to do some in-depth research on time course of linguistic factors.Aiming at the lack of the existent research, adopting modern psychological lab experiments, we did a experimental research about the time course of figurate and semantic factors in Chinese representational sentences production, which based on the computer. Through this experiment, we developed the research of time course to the lay of sentences production. Furthermore we also conquered the artificialness of lab experiments in a certain extent. This research chosen 112 students of Hunan Normal University randomly, and then divided them into 2 groups to make 2 different experiments. All the 2 experiments adopted the mode of factor experiment, presenting figurate-stimulation and semantic-stimulation to the students, through it we studied the time course of figure and semantic factors in Chinese representational sentences production. The result shows as follows: there is a remarkable difference of time course between figure and semantic factors in language processing;the processing of figure factor is more quick thansemantic factor in condition of these 2 factors presented separately;but the processing of semantic factor had precedence over figure factor in condition of these 2 factors presented combined.
