The Second Year Law, which was unearthed from the 247th tomb of the Han Dynasty in ZhangJia Shan, JiangLing, HuBei, is the very important material of the ancient law that has been find. what we discussed included the rules of Qian, Tian, 口 Shi, Chi, Jinbu, Zhi, these is not only the rules, but also the very important material of the ancient society and life.For the textual we mentioned, the original researcher has solved a lot of problems. People also studied on the textual follow the original research and put forward their point of view. Whether some questions a lot of people have discussed, but we do not think these questions have been solved correctly.This paper is the complete and systematic study to the textual. Based on the original research people have made, the dissertation inquired into the original text of the bamboo slips and the explanation to the inscriptions, absorbing the fruit of academic study and utilizing the method of multidisciplinary.In aspect of the original text, the dissertation analyzed the original conclusion and made some new views. In addition, some correlated discuss has been made in the dissertation.A lot of discuss has been made about the years of the Second Year Law, not did not acquire unanimous conclusion. From the details of the rules, we made the conclusion that the Second Year is only be likely to GaoHou Second Year.
