| Marx had once quoted a B.Tremon' s sentence: "Human being's plan ,which is not basted on the great natural law, just leads to disaster." The saying points human being not only respect the natural and natural law, but also discovers the relation between the civilization progress and natural environment. However, the problem of environment is becoming worse and worse since 1950s and warn us: so as to advance development of our civilization people must give up false behavior of sacrificing ecological environment , and try to create a new ecological environment, which is prerequisite to protecting natural ecology. But coming t the truth, the basic root of global crisis of ecology, people must carry on a profound mental reform and create new morality and civilization which is marked by sustainable existence and development of earth and people. Michael-ocsinhad once said : "Every form in our moral of life......depends on education ofethics. Education not only reflects features of every form, but also is the essential condition of cultivating and maintaining ". Thus, good moral education of ecology has great effect on establishing ecological civilization in the new era. Therefore, the thesis firstly will make a detailed analysis of the present state of modern ecological crisis and exemplify a great amount of material concerning severe challenges in the current ecology. On the basis of that, it will put forward to objective requirements and subjective willingness to develop ecology civilization and explain the necessity of strengthening the education of ecological ethnics. Secondly, after comparing with the traditional education of ethnics, it will uncover the existing problems in this area, for example: the misunderstanding points on the relationship between the humanity and the nature, the inadequate intrinsic ecological moral regulations and the backward ecological ethnics education.
