Xue Kan was an outstanding one of the Wang Yang Ming' s philosophy school in Chao Zhou and Shan Tou district. He founded his philosophy ideology on Confucianism and Wang Yang Ming's thought. All his works in his life and the background of society which his thought came from will be introduced and his philosophy ideology will be discussed based on his important literature in this paper. He insisted idealism and thought "YI" was the noumenons of ourselves. Among all of the noumenous of ourselves, the perfect one was the conscience and justice which had the ability to differentiate right from wrong. Everyone had this ability and couldn' t get from others. The skill of studying was to follow the conscience. In our daily life, we should try to reduce desires, avoid to be blinded, keep conscience' s spontaneity fully and recover all noumenons to themselves. About the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, Xue Kan thought they all agreed nonentity but had differences in introjecting into society and abandoning ethic.
