Ontology, is one of the oldest, and most traditional topics in philosophy. However, not enough attention has been paid to it up till now, and views on it diverge a lot.Based on the limited achievements, this paper attempts to make an overall analysis of Mo-tse's Ontology theory, and then tries to prove that it is systematically made up of concepts TIANZHI, MINGGUI, FEIMING. After that, we'd like to further explore how the theory has been reflected in people's life, politics, and where its meaning exists. The paper is developed from the following five perspectives:First, a brief introduction is given in the preface about the theory.Secondly, a comparison is made between different opinions about the theory, from both domestic field and abroad.Thirdly, Mo-tse's Ontology theory is analyzed concretely. Moreover, a discussion will be held to see how the theory has been applied in reality.A brief conclusion is drawn in the end.
