Aggressive verb is one small genus of martial verb, it is a kind of martial verb which denotes attack of two part of enemy and me. By Studying aggressive verb we can find out object and fashion and so on in special historical period, which is propitious to know martial circs in that period. Also we can know meaning and direction of aggressive verb as well as using and evolvement of sentence of aggressive verb. It is very valuable to disquisition of Chinese history. But there is a little of article which is technically relate to this field in these days. We study Aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty. This article makes use of semantic grammatical categories in Chinese, and probes into grammar and meaning of the aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty.This thesis is made up of four chapters. There are preface in Chapter One, survey mainly value and define of aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty as well as the stylistic rules and layout of whole —length and so on. Chapter two survey research of single aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty, it is composed of two part, one renew cognizance about aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty. The author is try to probe into acceptation' evolvement and direction. Chapter three involve in some research of syntax and relevant component, in order to sum up parsing function and parsing characteristic of correlative component from grammar of the aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty. Then study its sentence element and usage in different stages. Chapter four discusses the historical evolvement about amount, acceptation and syntax of the aggressive verb on inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells of the Shang Dynasty.
