Abstract: CaiJing was the prime minister of Song Dynasty. SongHuiZong was the king in that time. This thesis attentive analyses the reason of four appointments and removals of CaiJing.CaiJing fawned on SongHuiZong and TongGuan, a HuanGung whom SongHuiZong liked very much. SongHuiZong believed CaiJing. CaiJing contacted with influential officials. These factors were primary factors that he four appointments and four removals.This thesis covers five parts:Part I :This part introduces CaiJing before he was a prime minister the first time.Part II:This part introduces CaiJing was appointments and removals the first time.His primary enemy was ZengBu. CaiJing was appointed the prime minister after he defeated ZengBu .He strengthened his position in many means.But he was removed because the chang of astronomy.Part III: This part introduces CaiJing CaiJing was appointments and removals the second time.CaiJing was appointed prime minister after he debeated ZhaoTingZhi, the prime minister after CaiJing.But he was removed because ZhangShangYing.Part IV: This part introduces CaiJing CaiJing was appointments and removals the third time. CaiJing was appointed prime minister after he debeated ZhangShangYing. But he was removed because WangFu and CaiYong who was the oldest son of CaiJing.Part V: This part introduces CaiJing CaiJing was appointments and removals the last time.CaiJing was appointed prime minister because ZhuMian and TongGuan helped him.But he was removed because he was very old and CaiYong,BaiShiZhong, LiBangYan befeated him by CaiTao who was the youngest son of CaiJing.CaiJing was dead in 1126,80 years old.The writer attentive analyses the reason of four appointments and removals of CaiJing.
