Jacques Lacan held a decisive position in the field of the Psychoanalysis in the twentieth century, for he had made close study of the Subject theory, and undertaken the reconstruction of the classical Psychoanalysis theory in the trend of going back to Freud. Lacan's theory of subject is the most outstanding in the various contemporary similar Subject-dispelling theories in the sense of the post-modern understanding. This treatise is divided into four chapters. In the chapter of the Introduction, the author aims to give a brief introduction to Lacan's life and his academic experience, and the source of his theory as well. Lacan's Structuralist Psychoanalysis Theory is consisted of by four essential elements: the study object of the Psychoanalysis, the quotation of the classical linguistic theory, the application of the Structuralist Methodology, by way of this, he established the framework of his Structuralist Psychoanalysis theory. In the chapter of The Congenital Subject-at the stage of Mirror, the authortry to explain this famous theory by the analysis of the several developing stages in the Mirror Stage. As a challenge to the traditional Psychoanalysis theory, Lacan put the Self-discrimination (distinguish) Period ahead of the Oedipus complex, thus led to a qualitative change in the period of the formation of the Subject for the diachronic alteration. The Mirror Stage opened the door for the entrance of theSubject, and meanwhile the Subject could on longer come back at the moment the Subject's entering into the door of the language. In the chapter of the Departure of the Subject, the writer plans to make a comment on the four conceptions, namely the Name of the Father, Father's Threaten of Castration, the Other, Signifier and Referent. These notions laid the foundation for Lacan's Subject Theory. In the process of seeking for the Subject step by step, just with the help of the metaphor and metonymy of such notions, the Subject becomes hollowed step by step, and finally presents the nothingness of the significance. Lacan toiled to make a gradation arrangement for the Subject, but in the key level, Reality, he came to a sudden shut up, thus the structural existence of the Subject becomes unspeakable. In the Concluding Remarks, the writer summarizes the significance and affection of Lacan's Subject Theory in the self-realization of the human beings themselves.
