Abstract: Nowadays, Globalization has been the general topic of conversation, which is paid close attention by people. The global trend of connecting, depending and unifying expresses not only in economy but also in culture. Along with the more and more frequent exchanges for economy and technique among different countries, the conflicting and blending of different culture has inevitably happened. Also, it brings culture a global development. In the language circumstances of Globalization, we should take the Marxism as the guide ideology, keep and carry on the splendidly cultural tradition of Chinese nation; persist in cultural opening and draw all the advanced achievements from foreign countries; keep a pace of the time and make innovations, in order to construct the modern advanced culture of China.
