Sino-Japanese relations is always the focus of International community, not only as the issue of strategy dealt with by two countries, but also as world issue being given much more attention by international community. Since China and Japan are super powers, and the ups and downs of relationship between two countries are closely linked with the future of East Asia, and even the world.The paper mainly consists of three parts. The first part gives brief introduction to the background and development of Sino-Japanese relation, as well as the situation of politics, economy and culture respectively. From the early 1970s to the late 1980s, China and Japan were fully engaged in comprehensive way in different fields and levels and have made great achievements; Since 1990s, on the basis the two countries have achived, the two countries further deepened the communications in all levels. The strategic partnership was established and significant achievements were reached. The second part discusses the forms and the causes of right wing thought, also discusses some obstacles and problems two countries are confronting , such as the attitudes towards the crimes in the Second World War, Taiwan issue, controversial territory and territorial waters, the so-called"China threat" and trade and aid issues. In the paper, we analysis the reasons of above-mentioned issues.The third part tries to discuss the trend of Sino-Japanese relations, give some advice and principles dealing with the relations between two countries, make predictions of sino-Japanese relation in 21st century and exemplify the factors affecting the future relationship.In historical view, the paper tries to discuss the different politics and guidelines two countries adopted in different periods in accordance with internal and external situations.The paper reveals the general development of Sino-Japanese relations,and profoundly analyses the situation of right wing thought in Japan and gives reasons, and makes predictions and advice about the future development of the relations. In the end, the paper proposes some principles and perspectives of communications the two countries should insist on through the study of policies, views, and approaches the two country adopted in different periods.
