Under the condition of the global economy, the development of the popular culture arising from the city is overwhelming. Stylization is proved the main characteristic of the popular culture from the phenomenon of the popular culture and the concerning theories of the popular culture. The characteristic brings about many negative words and criticisms. The popular culture has the stylized character, which is contrary to the nature of the freedom,personality and the creativity, however, the contemporary popular culture is popular by the people and owns the broad market. There should be the cause of the existence of the stylization and wide acceptance, this article tries to study the reasonability of the existence of the stylized character from the phenomenon of the popular culture.This thesis insists on the double meaning of the stylized character when analyzing the stylization from the beginning to the end: the phenomenon and the course. The former emphasizes the formality and the stability, the latter emphasizes the mobile developing course. On this basis, this article attempts to classify the movie stylization , and the movie stylization is regarded as the chief realistic evidence to study the stylized character.This thesis believes the stylized character's reasonability of the popular culture involves the six aspects:Firstly, stylization and commercialization. The commercialized character of the popular culture is the necessary premise of the existence of the stylization, the pursuit of the profit leads to the stylized export of the popular culture. The huge strength in the present economic development of the technology plays the very important role in the increasing similarity show. One of the main expressed form s- Advertisement becomes the new economically increasing point which any enterprise will not be ignored. The similar goods tries to make difference through advertisement, which makes the same type of goods occupy the certain position of the market because of some slight change together with the pleasing strategy of the adversity. Secondly, stylization and Urbanization has something in common with stylization. Nowadays, the development of the global economy is based on business, promoting the commerce is without the popular culture industry. The similarity of the city is mutual to the stylization of the popular culture, the two aspects are developing at the same time. The differences between the cities is caused by the changeable and worldly happenings, while the stylized character of the popular culture is more evident. The above-mentioned two parts talk about the reasonability of the stylization's existence from the creator of the stylization.Thirdly, Stylization and audience. This part chiefly analyzes the differential relation of the captive audience's acceptable psychology and the stylized character. The key is to answer why the popular culture with the stylized character is loved by the audience. The thesis analyses from the points of the wanted view of the captive audience,the wanted psychology of the captive audience testing his understanding,the psychology of the captive audience avoiding the significance and accenting the unimportance and the surpassing psychology of the captive audience.Fourthly, Stylization and difference. The double meaning of the stylization shows the mobile factor of the stylized course makes difference constantly except the common character of the stylization, and this is one of the reasonability of the stylized existence. The strategy of the difference made by stylization has altering story plot,changing narrating method,the mixed stylization,and the employment of the intertextuality. Fifthly, Stylization and freedom. This part mainly solves the contradiction between the nature which the stylization suppresses the freedom pursued by people and the welcomed captive audience.
