Analysis On Haoran's Creation Ideas

Among the contemporary writers,Haoran is one fairly special.Comments on him and his works and appreciation of that have been going on since his first step into the literary field.This article is trying to recognize him from three aspectsrthe origion of his ideas guiding literary creation,the developing deeper society and the cultural factor.In this way a research can be carried out on his creation ideas critically.The whole passage is divided into three chapters.In the first one ,mainly talk about his misunderstanding of his own ideas,the particularity of his creating period standardize and limit his creation ideas.His own special experiences and individual understanding of literary creation both greatly affect his works. All these naturally lead to his misunderstanding.In the second one ,the style of first defining the theme and then hunting supporting materials in his writing makes all his works more or less covered with political nature,then brings about dullness and embarrassment.The enbarrassment in his works in the early stage is embodied in the trend of superficialities and single-style and in the dullness and plainness of news-report-like works ;In the medium term,to meet the needs of class struggle,writing becomes "the speaker of times".Soundness of thought replaces literature nature,and the result is that the works' political correctness takes the place of its artistry which should be first and only considered of. The characters created in the works gradually take off their nature of human to be heroes,meanwhile his works fall into the wrong track which is much extremer and narrower.Above two chapters focus on Haoran's works in the early and medium stages.In the third part ,emphasis will be set on his achievement in his later period,that is ,in the New Times,though he tries to be up-to-date,and indeed he haswritten a lot of influential works full of his self-examination,yet all just stay at the surface.lt reaches no depth of humanity and nationlism than the self-questioning the past political policy; it is only tied down by the nationwide examination but is in lack of personal thinking and artistic analysis.What's more interesting and worth thinking is that Haoran in the new times still keeps thinking in the way in the 1950-1960',if you go deeper into his works.Why?His shut-off living way,refusal to modern ideas,his field of vision and thought as a pure peasant,too careful creation consideration,insufficiency of knowledge structure,etc.may all more or less contribute to the fact that after such a rough journey in writing and so deep a self-questioning ,the levels of his works' value and spiritual effect come back to the former stage again.This's what shall be paid more attention to in the passage.
