On Well-off Culture In Socialism Society

In order to further study the content of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party and fulfill our aims of our Party in the new period. We should carefully study the current requirements of culture development in all-round ways of the well-off society, promote the development and prosperity of advanced culture and build the well-off culture of our socialism. The author thought the well-off culture is the inevitable product of our developing socialism society, and it is a transitional and advanced culture, the study of which will promote the understanding of the modern society itself, provide new methods to the settlements of current social problems using proper principles and accelerate the constructions of socialism modernization. Under the guidance of Marxism, using the comprehensive method of historical comparison and theories with practice, this article concludes the theoretical research and practice on the thoughts of cultural development of the third Chinese leadership systematically and thoroughly, under the base of which the article concludes the concept of well-off culture in the very important historical period between the society having adequate food and the society basically realizing the modernization and tries to find out the constructional thoughts and measures of well-off society according the current reality.The first part of the article tries to define the well-off society, set alight its origin, analyze that the well-off society is the aim of the ancient, modern and current societies, and find out the origin of the thoughts and theory of the construction of the well-off societyThe second part tries to analyze the definition of socialism all-round society.
