Surmount The Ego-centric Predicament

This article aims at analysing the doctrine of the unique importance of practice by criticizing the ego-centric predicament and its philosophical types, illustrating only uphold the Marxist practical materialism, we can surmount the ego-centric predicament. The article is divided into three parts: the first clarifies the ego-centric predicament and its three philosophical types in philosophical history; the second analyses that the doctrine of the unique importance of practice is the new ego-centric predicament, completely interpreting the basic viewpoint, essential meaning and theoretical predicament of the doctrine of the unique importance of practice; the third discusses that we should uphold practical materialism, uphold the dialectical unity between the materialism and dominate principle of practice, thus surmount the ego-centric predicament.
