The Study Of Yuanhe Style

Yuanhe Style was fashionable at Yuanhe Age in the Tang Dynasty. However, the study of today on it is still not enough. This paper will try to start with combing the conception of Yuanhe Style, to analyze the reason of branching conception, the writing time, the primary characters and types of literature. Through the study on Yuanhe Style, we can understand the literary interesting of that time. Finally, we draw a conclusion that Yuanhe Style is the outcome of poets' making determined efforts to write poems. The poets felt depressed in their official career, so they turned their steps to the production of literature, tried to move the passive emotion with the elaborate portrayal and the indulged enjoyment. When the poem production was connected with the leisure, and became the game way to compete against each other on wit. it would drift off the orbit of the traditional literature, at the same time, it would also truly reflect the sentiment and the mentality of literators and scholar-bureaucrats.
