The Evolution Of Suitang Story And The Consciousness Of The Style-independence Of Ancient Historical Romance

The evolution of SuiTang story undergoes a complex and long process . Roughly speaking,the creation of SuiTang story begins from late Tang Dynasty;during Song-Yuan Dynasty it continually develops,and is mainly seen at scattered places of legends,literary sketches and plays;during the Ming Dynasty,the creation of SuiTang novels is prosperous,long pieces of fiction emerging in large numbers;reaching its peak during the Qing Dynasty,with < SuiTang historical novel > and < Legend of speaking Tang > being its remarkable representative . The contents of story are about divided into two kinds,separately taking emperors as center and greenwood heroes as center . This thesis observes and compares various kinds of SuiTang story from the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,analyzes the feature in four stages of story evolution,thereby summerizes the forming course of < SuiTang historical novel > as typical historical romance and < Legend of speaking Tang> as representative hero legends,and its unique value in the development of the series of SuiTang novels. Equally pointing out,SuiTang story is the same as SanGuo story,which gradually breaks through the fetters of history book and yet go forwards to its style- independence in the evolution course of historical romance from hisrorical data deduction to literature creation. They commonly reflect the improvement of the consciousness of style-independence of ancient historical romances .
