In the history of China, The Record of History (Shiji) , a philosophic work written by Simaqian of Han-dynasty ,is an unique historic work because it has some particular thoughts . The intention of this paper is to discover what philosophy is in it. In the past, the scientific research about this topic usually was done by the way of induction and many significant conclusions have been found. However, some conclusions of these always are bits and pieces and some are inconsistent with each other at all. As The Record of History (Shiji) is the philosophic works of Simaqian and philosophy works has integral system in itself, this paper try hard to show the whole system of its philosophy up impersonally by the way of data-induction and data-analysis. With the study of this paper it is uncovered that the philosophy of The Record of History (Shiji) is a new science in the early days of Han-dynasty and it is the result of conformity and innovation of various sciences of per-Chin. The system of this new philosophy seems as a big tree with the Tao been its super-organic foot, the Confucianism been its superficial branch-leaves and the original Kismet-ism been its special nutrition. It was a advanced philosophy at that time.
