The Study On The Adverbs Of Inscriptions On Bones Or Tortoise Shells

The study on the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells obtained great achievement since its discovery. However at present the general survey about the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells is lacking, and the problems that how to distinguish adverb from other parts of speech of inscriptions, the grammatical function of the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, the differences between the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells and pre-qin, the tradition and changes about the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells are also needed to do more study. The thesis basically makes a study on these problems.The thesis includes five chapters: Chapter one The study on the Chinese adverb, which summarizes and discusses the problems that how to judge the adverb, the grammatical functions of adverb about the ancient and modern Chinese. Chapter two The studied condition of the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, which sums up the studied condition of predecessors and discusses the words that people have a difference of opinion. Chapter three The quantity and usages of the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, which defines the quantity of the adverbs of inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, and introduces their grammatical function. Chapter four The individual study on the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, which inquires into the characteristic of all the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, and makes a contrast between the related words, the chapter is the emphasis of the thesis. Chapter five The tradition and changes about the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells, which makes a concise introduction of their tradition and changes, the function of their division of history into periods of the adverbs of the inscriptions on bones or tortoise shells.
