Research On Poetry About Disserted Wives In The Period Of Han Wei

A number of researches on poetry about disserted wives have been carried out. Yet many of them concentrate on outstanding writings from The Book of Songs and folk songs of Yue Fu. Many scholars have participated in the creation of poetry about disserted wives in the period of Han Wei and left behind a number of works. Yet few have developed entire and systematic explorations on these works. This dissertation intends to carry out a comprehensive and systematic research on poetry about disserted wives in Han Wei in order to explore the profoundness and laws and unveil the deep cultural connotations. This dissertation consists of four chapters:In Chapter One, the author gives a brief account of the evolution of poetry about disserted wives according to the statistical analysis.Chapter Two makes a detailed introduction of the features of the poetry: permeation, scholarization and patternization.Chapter Three unveils the scholars' creative intentions and the deep cultural connotations by investigating the creative surface and deep motives and analyzing the images of disserted wives.Chapter Four summarizes the understanding and evaluation of poetry about disserted wives in the period of Han Wei.
