Part 2: conduct researches to validate the basic contents and hypothesis of sandplay therapy through the method of clinical individual case study. The conclusions are so following.l.The relationship between therapist and player is the key to the sandplay therapy. Therapist should create an atmosphere of being free and protected for the players so that the process of individuation can be stimulated and emerged in the sandplay through extroversion.2.The entire individual sandplay series can be developed into 4 stages: stage 1: the emergence of problems, stage 2: the mutual transference, stage 3: the energy transformation, stage 4: The individuation. The staged change of time during the whole play series objectively reflects that the sandplay itself is staged.3.Two conditions are simultaneously needed so that the sandplay therapy can be effective on the children's problems:(1) It relies on the accomplishment of the therapist,(2) It should be combined with the analysis of the familial dynamic system. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | sandplay, individual case study, introversion, individuation, symbol, image, archetype | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
