Xuntzu was a famous materialist philosopher and educator in the earlier period of Qindynasty. In his ideology, there is the richness of educational thinking. This thesis is designed to explore the ideology of Xuntxu from 3 perspectives. The first is that of human nature which is the foundation of the moral education up thought human nature, which is basically evil, is formed from birth, and besides that ,there is the elements acquired afterwards in the given social environment .Moral education is to improve the human personality from evil to goodness. The 2nd is implication of the moral education and the ideal personality, the aim of moral education is to cultivate the typical ideal personality of gentleman ship .The 3nd is mat of way and principle of moral education. According to Xu, there are two ways to realize the moral education. One is though the influence of teaching and environment .The next is the subjective efforts. Moral education must abide by the principle of consistency between words and deeds, on the side of teachers , who teach students in accordance with they aptitude.
