The most important significance of one research is to discover and resolve problems. Logical paradox is always regarded to be one of core research subjects of logic and its value of scientific methods reflects the statement as mentioned above. Deep research of scientific paradox provides great influences for reality and future and to be specific, it refers to creation, development and innovation of scientific theories. Consequently, enhancing logical paradox research, especially for scientific paradox, reveals its importance for theory and reality.Based on deep research on logical paradox development information of China and foreign countries, firstly it defines basic content of logical paradox. What is more, it supplies reasonable explanation to the classification of narrow logical paradox and generalized logical paradox, particularly clear definition of scientific paradox. Secondly, it analyzes the inner relationship between scientific paradox and scientific theoretical innovation in depth, which illustrates that scientific paradox is a lever of scientific theoretical innovation. Finally, it focuses the analysis of application value of paradox's resolution methodology in deductive science, natural science, social science and philosophy. The dissertation also emphasizes the significance of thoughts of resolving paradox. Any scientific theoretical innovation is a process of replacement and complement of original theory system, during which it is realized by resolution of scientific paradox. Only if one discovers, accepts and tries to resolve paradox in original theory system, the purpose of scientific theoretical innovation can be achieved. In this case, discovery of logical paradox of existing scientific theories appears to be the"crisis". However, solution of the scientific paradox will bring a good opportunity to the scientific theoretical innovation. Regarding innovation process of any particular scientific theory, it can be considered to be a process of discovery, research and solution of logical paradox. Hence, we have to admit that scientific paradox is the new lever of scientific theoretical innovation research. Accordingly, the research of paradox's solution methodology indicates vital value and significance. Cultivating the thoughts of paradox's solution will become the necessary condition of theoretical innovation.
