Studies On Landscape Design Of University-Based Creative Industry Park

University is an important force to promote the city innovation. There is an essential model for the needs of times to develop the university-based creative industry park. It integrates the resources from the universities, enterprise and local government, not only beneficial to college to play a social service functions, as well as training creative talent, accelerate the development of discipline. It have other ability that not only help enterprises to enhance the creativity level, promote the creative industries development, but also help the government better performance of public functions to promote institutional innovation and regional economic vitality.From the perspective of landscape planning and design, thesis discussed the corresponding design principles and methods aim at landscape planning of the university-based creative industry park. It is to park users as the center, in order to optimize learning and production environment, improve the quality of the park landscape, to create a desirable production, study and research environment. The goal of design principles is to promote the balance of creative industry, study and research, landscape environment.At first, thesis reviews the history of the creative industries and creative industry parks development. Then thesis discussed the properties of university-based creative industry park and the related personnel form the behavior model and mental characteristics which have two salient features: high acceptance of the versatile design skill and advance guard of design concept, high standards of landscape visual quality. On this basis, thesis learn and apply the relevant theories such as environmental psychology, landscape ecology, space theory, and try to find out the advantages and disadvantages of its design which based on several typical case.Finally, were analyzed and summarized this type of landscape design orientation, design elements, design skills, etc. It presented and demonstrated the following viewpoint. Firstly, the park should combine architecture to show the creative culture and build the creative and academic atmosphere from the perspective of design orientation. Secondly, design should based on the natural landscape, dotted with human landscape, foundation on human heritage landscape to show the industry characteristic from the perspective of design elements. Thirdly, make appropriate space organization with the space requirements of individual and group behavior and extend the landscape design flexibility from dynamic, transitional, comprehensive aspects, from macro level to micro level to consider the accessibility of the landscape.
