Post-colonial criticism is a kind of cultural criticism, focusing on researching and attempting to resolve the confrontation relationship of different cultures under the post-modern context. It corresponds with the contemporary "culture identity" concept and pays attention to research politics, culture, ideology and even the psychology, life awareness, significance expression in their literature works from the main of multi-cultural conflict, such as the strong executive power and weak, domestic and foreign and so on. Most overseas Chinese writers, possessing life experiences of English and American culture, are from the families with Chinese cultural background. They present the unique coexistence state of depression and joy, hovering and hope in this dual cultural and even multicultural intersection space through their own life experiences. Just as to this state, their works were presented as the dislocation of language culture and valves, and the tention of the strong culture and weak. All of these make the "Identity Hybridity" which as a new social phenomenon appears after the "multiculture" more prominent.This paper mainly selects the Chinese writer Zhang Ling, Amy Tan 's part literary works, and analyses their subject theme, image structure, narrative strategies and other aspects of research, trying under this analysis to expand the dissussion about the " Identity Hybridity" of the post-colonial literature, and on this basis leads to our thinking to the identity of Chinese immigrants, the reflection of post-colonialism, the post-colonial quest for the ultimate value, and the universal values and cultural studies in the ideology of competition issues in China.
