| You Yang Za Zu is a mixed novel in note consists of'monster, depicting humanity, legend, miscellanea, bits of news, textual'written by Duan Chengshi who lived in the late Tang Dynasty, it has higher reference value for literature, history, natural science and other aspects, quoted and canonized widely by famous ancient writers and scholars of dynasties. The stories which in monster and legend texts of Nuo Gao Ji and Zhi Nuo Gao provide referential and useful creating materials and experience for unborn novels and operas.This paper classified and summarized the 147 stroies with complete structure, vivid plot and more important, researched and discussed its intrinsic cultural implication, embodied literary aesthetic characteristics and the influence for unborn novels and operas. Holding that the story type of this part involves five categories :various monster, ghosts and spirits, the stories of monks and priests, fulfilling, mattoid and weirdy ,oversea erlebnis, the significance of the stories include four aspects folk belief, religious connotation, the culture of monster and foreign.The author Duan Chengshi used true and odd narrative technique to record and creation these stories, setting up the fantasy plot full of mysterious and strange, figuring different good and evil, crazy and madness goblins, presenting us a ghosts and spirits world of rich implication. At the end of the paper discussed the evolution of stories in Nuo Gao Ji and Zhi Nuo Gao, mainly analyzed the influence of creating on Yi Jian Zhi and Liao Zhai Zhi Yi.
