The Ethical Analysis Of Inner Mongolia Grassland Ecological Environment Deterioration Reason And The Research Of Education Countermeasures

Since the 1950s, the problem of environment deterioration of Inner Mongolia grassland has aroused extensive attention from the community. Experts made depth discussion on the problem and its causes, forming variety of perspectives. Ecological ethicists consider this issue from the ethical point of view, and come to realize that one important reason leading to grassland ecological environment deterioration is people's lacking of the concept of ecological ethics. To solve the problem of grassland ecological environment, and curb the momentum of the grassland ecological environment deterioration, the human must expand the the field of moral function between people and grassland. This requires humans to make an ideological revolution, change their values and attitudes towards grassland, regulate their own behavior and rebuild people's ecological ethics. Ecological ethics education is a necessary condition to cultivate and maintain ecological ethics and the important link and channel to shift the concept into action. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out grassland ecological ethics education in the circumstances of deterioration in grassland ecological environment, and it is true that ecological ethics education will help effectively people to solve the environmental problems.In this paper, firstly, author indicated severe environmental problems had emerged in the Inner Mongolia grassland, though the analysis of the present situation in ecological environment of Inner Mongolia grassland. Then the ethical reason for environment degradation of Inner Mongolia grassland was analyzed with ecological ethics perspective, from the consciousness level, behavior level, decision-making level and the cultural level. And author pointed out one important reason for ecological environment deterioration of Inner Mongolia grassland was the weak of ecological ethics concept and ecological ethics education, indicating the essentiality to strengthen grassland ecology ethics education. Then an important measure for environmental degradation containment——grassland ecological ethics education was brought forward. Moreover system discussion was made from several aspects, including implication of education, educational objectives, theoretical basis, educational content, educational principles, ways and means of education, the meaning of education, in order to explain how to strengthen public education in the grassland ecological ethics.
