| Along with the deterioration of the ecological environment and the ecological crisis intensifies, the solution to the crisis has caused wide public concern in the academic and political circles. Eco-feminism has originated in the 1970s, as one of the philosophical schools to focus on the ecological crisis. Eco-feminism holds the view that women are closer to the nature, while men are hatred of the nature. All the living things in the world are relevant to each other and together compose a web of life, where all the lives are equal. It is reasonable for human and non-human in a balanced ecological system to keep diversified. The distinction and survival of the species remind human beings to pursue a new understanding of the relationship between man and nature, between human and non-human. Eco-feminist attached much importance to the social status of women in the society, considering that the social attention paid to the nature should be proportional to the attention paid to the women. Therefore, in their opinions, women should have a high social status in the society which is friendly to the nature and keeps a harmonious relationship with the nature. The grassland nomadic culture with thousands of years'history, has already had the consiousness and a lot of practice experience to protect ecological environment. In recent years, the grassland nomadic culture has caused worldwide concern, who are troubled by the ecological crisis. As an essential part of the grassland nomadic culture, Mongolian songs have portrayed every aspect of human's life and production with its unique form. The praise of women is an important part in Mongolian songs. We can see the important role of women in the development of the nation through lots of Mongolian songs. The woman or mother in Mongolian songs has an extensive meaning, which also means the nature, motherland, grassland and so on. It has been a long history for the close relations between women and nature among Mongolians. In early times, Mongolians have described the nature as a mother feeding a lot of children. Everyone of the Mongolians has a deep love for the grassland as if it is their mother. It is aimed to describe the important role of Mongolian women, to testify the relationship between the social status of women and the protections of the nature, and to pursue the similarities between ancient grassland nomadic culture and modern culture, by the research on Mongolian songs in this thesis.Byding this,I hope more and more peopie will come to know our extensive and profound ethnic cuiture.Compared with western Eco_feminism,the thought of the relations between women and nature in the Monglian songs has contained the preliminary thought of Eco_feminism, although it is less systematic and rationai. It testies the intercommunity between different nationg, but also the bountiful resources of the Mongolian culture on the women an nature, which will greatly contribute,to the deep dig for the mongolian culture as well as the national cultural construction. |
