Marx's Thought Of Social Laws And Its Methodology Inspiration

The problem of Social Law is the important issues in historical materialism. Domestic scholars having study social law from different angles,such as the nature of social law, the features of social law,the relationship between social law and human activities,etc. The results of these studies have resonance also in dispute. This article attempts to replace the society law within the way that Marx study, and study the society law from the Perspective of practise, reflection and value. The main contents of this paper is as follows:The first part introduces the law and its basic features,defines status of the social law in the law,analysises the differences and relations between nature law and social law. The differences of the two are on material carriers, time to be and manifestations,but they are interacting and interpenetrating.The part two is about the study and dispute of social law at home and abroad.The study of social law abroad is focusing on social law's existence.Marx and the most philosophers and historians before him had acknowledged the existence of social law,but except Marx,all of them had done interpretation of society law from historical idealism. After Marx, most of the philosophers and historians like Popper had denied that there were law of social development, because they thought that there were no repeatability, objectivity and predictability in the field of social history. This article also refuted their arguments from such three aspects one by one.Then this passage summed up the results and lack of the study of social law of domestic scholars.Overall, they have reached some consensus on social law,but there are some misunderstanding and controversy,such as the tendencies of stored on,whether society law was created by people.In the third part, it summarizes the idea of Marx and his supporters about social law. Although Marx haven't expounded social law specially, in his classic text he had showed his thought and idea of social law.Marx set foot on the practice of "real people",found the intrinsic connection behind the complex social phenomenon.He concerned the important position of "real man" in social law,and interpreted correctly the relationship between human activities and social law,the relationship between diversity and unity,between chance and necessity.In the forth part,it describes the multiple perspectives to grasp the laws of society.It learns the way of existence,known and play a role of social law from practice,after understanding and value.The relationship between human's activities and social law has been the focus of domestic scholars argument.This article adhere to understand the relationship from a practical perspective,and distance themselves from the tendency of stored on from understanding of inertia.The rise of social law and its helping nature decide the way to know social that is after understanding. Social law through values and the pursuit to guide human activities.
