The Study Of Tienti Teachings In Terms Of Mordernization

Because of Taiwan's special background, all kinds of religions in Taiwan have good opportunity to develop themselves. The traditional religions and beliefs are in booming. At the same time, the new religions are also arising. This paper is talking about Tienti Teachings which has developed thirty years in Taiwan,and has an stabilize foundation in the past thirty years. This paper set the organizational model and the organizational operation of Tienti Teachings as the researching objections. The research about the organizational model is an static analysis, and the research about the organizational operation is an dynamic analysis.This paper is divided into three chapters, five parts. The introduction part introduces the current academic study of the new religions, the new religions in Taiwan, the organization of the new religions and the current study of Tienti Teachings. At the same time, in this part, I also introduce my personal research method and the process. In the first chapters, I analyze the reason why in Taiwan the religions can develop so well, on which Tienti Teachings also depends. I analyze the organizational models of religions in Taiwan, and I define what the new religion is in Taiwan. In the second chapter, I present a simple situation about the development of Tienti Teachings, and analyze the organizational model and its current situation. In the third chapter, according to analyze the alternation of the Supreme leader, centre court's control of the human and financial resources, I lucubrate the organizational operation of Tienti Teachings. According to the above analysis, in the last part, I make a conclusion that Tienti Teachings is an incompact new religion which is a thorough institutional organization. At last, I analyze the organizational factors which may impact the future development of Tienti Teachings.
