On The Influence Of San Jin's Systems To Qin

This thesis mainly includes four parts, The first part is the first chapter, mainly deal with the study achievements of this problem, and on these study achievements analysis place which can be continued to study.The second part is the second and third chapters, these two chapters discuss the influence of Sanjin's systems to Qin on specific institutions, for example, First tax on grain in Qin Jian Duke era, Domiciliary system in Qin Xian Duke era, and various kinds of systems in ShangYang Reformation.The third part discuss this kind of influence on the whole, namely, Qin constantly introduced advanced Sanjan's political institutions among generations, resulted a change which achieved a new state pattern. This new state pattern is system that had removed noble class and ruler directly dominate peasant by flowing bureaucrat. From the perspective of state pattern we can clearly see the influence of Sanjin's system to Qin.The fourth part is the conclusion, also briefly discusses why Qin introduced Sanjin's system. To realize the new state pattern, Wei is strong, and becomes a huge threat for other countries. So in the early time of Warring state era, Qin, pressured by war pressure, also in order to strengthen the kingship, need introduced these systems from Sanjin region, especially from Wei.In a word, process of Qin introduced systems from Sanjin, went through Jian Duke and, Xian Duke, till Shang Yang who wholly introduced Sanjin's systems to Qin, gave rise to a profound political social change, made Qin sharply reverse from a simple backward country to new centralized country. This political social change, changed the social conformation of Qin, established foundation for Chinese traditional political and social system.
