The Lincheng Incident occurred on may 1923, once stired and astonished china and foreign society. It had a tremendous impact on the domestic and international community at the time. After it had took place,central government, local government and foreign countries had different responses to this. It highlighted as a political game more clearly. Therefore it seemed to be bizarre and complex. The research of the Lincheng Incident mainly concentrated on the analysis of its nature and the discussions of diplomatic representations.This article according to related information. I conducted integrations from both vertical and horizontal respects.We were able to own a system of comprehensive discussions and in-depth detailed analysis about the historical background, the causees, the process and the negotiation of the Lincheng Incident. This can make the entire event appeared to be more completely and objectively in front of the readers. And then we also can have a more rational interpretations and discussions on the basis of public opinions,and the parties perspective about the incident. It can make us have a more practical and in-depth understanding of the Beiyang Government's diplomacy from the side. Although The Lincheng Incident had resolved finally. The ruling group also carried out a series of struggle achievements and hard efforts, However, because of the china's actual conditions showed as poor and weak for long time. The China government was mostly due to make a concession to others as the final results. This reflcted that China' sdiplomacy was extremely feeble and difficult at the time. And the displayment space of China's flabby diplomacy was extremely limited. It can't excessively exceed the strength of its own or made a lot of achievements.
